Cash on Delivery. When choosing the cash on delivery payment method, the customer will only have to pay for the order upon delivery.

Once the order has been shipped to mainland Portugal, the customer will receive the order within 24 to 72 hours. Orders shipped to the islands will be delivered within 5 to 7 days.

Once the order has been dispatched, the customer will receive a confirmation message and email that will allow them to track the order. In your account, you can view the order tracking information in the order history. Orders are delivered from Monday to Friday, except on local or national holidays, to the address indicated by the customer when placing the order.
